How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due the day of the lease signing.

Is there a fee to apply?

There is a $25.00 fee for a credit & background check. Everyone applying 18 years or older must fill out an application. Persons under 18 may not apply.

What are the application requirements?

A credit score of 650 or higher, an income of 2.5x the monthly rent, and 2 years of verifiable and satisfactory rental history.

If offered a co-signer application, co-signers must have a credit score of 700 or higher and an income of 3x the monthly rent. The co-signer credit check fee is $25.00.
